And, so it begins...
The spring soccer season is about to begin! The first games get underway on March 30th.
A few items of interest regarding your team:
You can expect a coach communication regarding practices within the next week. The coach will hold at least 2 practices before the season begins.
Schedules will be available on our website 1-2 weeks prior to the season. I'm sure your coach will alert you the moment it is available.
Every season, CMS holds a cleat exchange for those soccer players who are growing way too fast! You can come exchange your cleats for a bigger pair. You can come just get a pair if you have none to exchange. You can leave a pair if you don't need another pair. (We appreciate that!) Come see us at Oquirrh Shadows Park on Thursday, March 30th from 5:30-7:00pm or Saturday April 1st from 10:00am-12:00pm.
Please, when your practices and games begin, be conscientous of neighbors and other teams or events going on around. Also, PLEASE take your trash and belongings with you when you leave.
If you play in the 3rd - Middle School age groups, please be respectful of our youth referees. They are not certified. We do expect them to know the game and we do train them, however. They will make mistakes. But, they are doing their best. They are learning to improve with every game....just like your child.
